Esperan que el juicio pueda darse entre noviembre y diciembre de este a\u00f1o. &#8220;Para nosotros la investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 concluida&#8221;, dijo el letrado.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras confirmarse que los restos \u00f3seos hallados en el campo de la familia Sena no pertenecen a Cecilia Strzyzowski, la querella aguarda la elevaci\u00f3n de la causa a juicio. As\u00ed lo indic\u00f3 el Dr. Gustavo Briend en contacto exclusivo con Radio Sudamericana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa semana que viene, a m\u00e1s tardar, ya deber\u00eda estar la elevaci\u00f3n a juicio. El equipo fiscal especial deber\u00eda concretar la elevaci\u00f3n y luego se notifica a la querella y a la defensa\u201d, dijo el letrado en este medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPara nosotros la investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 concluida, tenemos establecidas las responsabilidades y esperemos que se pueda realizar la elevaci\u00f3n a juicio\u201d.
